  • Market & Media Strategy: Positioned corporate messaging to market and acted as Media Spokesperson relating to impacts from the global pandemic. Including outlets such as WSJ (Wall Street Journal), Daily Telegraph (London), NYT (New York Times).


  • Product Portfolio Management & Technology: Many years Product Management and IT experience, with extensive experience in complex software and hardware solutions, including running teams of Product Managers. Product portfolio lifecycle strategies, inclusive of market intelligence, media strategy and forecasting strategic plans for the organization. 


  • For our interim services, the Interim Management Association defines this as the ‘the quick supply of senior executives to manage change or transition’. Interim executives and managers are typically hired for a period of a few months to help an organisation with change management, often on a part-time and highly cost-efficient basis. An interim manager can offer stability to a company after an experienced leader has stepped down. Interim managers are sometimes used when a permanent role isn’t necessary or because no person in the company is suitable or available for the job in question. 


  • Commercial Accountability: Profit and Loss (P&L) accountability for BUs of ~$1bn (~£700m), including portfolio product strategy, life cycle management, portfolio marketing, value proposition development, competitive and market intelligence.
