• Advising Airports and other industry entities in their approach to Passenger and/or Baggage Processing solutions, to Airport Operational systems and solutions and to over-arching optimisation of processes.
• Working inside industry suppliers to analyse and optimise their structure and work, providing a short-term and cost effective way to improve P&L and to set them up for the future.
• Advising on planned or early stage acquisitions, including being embedded within a new acquisition for the first few months, to analyse and optimise their  path for their new owners.

We undertake day-rate work for financial investors wishing to make decisions around key investments in the travel technology market:

• Deep domain knowledge in travel technology, including specifics of many industry players
• 10+ years experience in working within Corporate M&A (in the travel techno sector), working all stages of M&A and Investment:  funnel building, pre-DD assessing, full DD, building and pitching acquisition/investment business cases

• We are currently advising the London-based office of a European PE, a company that seeks Mid-Cap and Large-Cap positions in businesses that it can successfully grow, including several in the Travel Technology sector
• We have provided extensive pre-Due Diligence research and reporting on companies and their history, analysis of historic performance, product portfolios, their markets and growth trends, and opportunities for both organic and inorganic growth
